Congratulations to Paloma Izquierdo Hernandez who is the 2nd Latina to be elected to serve as Board Chair of the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC)!
NACHC is the largest primary care network in the country representing 1400 health centers, located in every state in the union – as well as the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico – and other US Territories. Health centers serve more than 31.5 million people in more than 15,000 medically underserved and rural communities.
Paloma’s vision is to see a day when everyone, in every community, across the United States and in its territories, benefits from their right to equitable health care and social justice.
