In 2018, Urban Health Plan’s Vida Guidance Center, a New York State-licensed Article 31 Behavioral Health Center, opened its doors to bring mental health services and case management to children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout the Bronx. Vida Guidance Center specializes in individual and group counseling, family and couples counseling, and medication management.
Our outpatient mental health services include:
- Individual and group counseling for children (5 years old and older), teens, and adults
- Family & Couples Counseling
- Medication Management
We offer a variety of therapeutic services for life challenges, relationship issues, loss of a loved one, behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, attention disorders, and other mental illnesses.
Vida Guidance also provides services to patients at St. Vincent De Paul Rehabilitation Center in the Bronx, if more convenient to you.
Walk-ins are welcome – you can be seen the same day.
