Urban Health Plan provides students at James Monroe High School Educational Campus with vital medical resources right on-site. Our school-based health center offers essential services such as adolescent health care, vaccines, annual physicals, and sexually transmitted infection (STI) prevention services.

Our friendly, bilingual medical staff ensures that teens feel comfortable and supported. The center offers walk-in care for all students, regardless of a family’s ability to pay.
