Urban Health Plan’s school-based health center, located within the Elmhurst Educational Campus in Queens, provides teenagers with vital medical resources. The Center’s services include adolescent health care, vaccines, annual physicals, and sexually transmitted infection (STI) prevention to help young people navigate their journey into adulthood.
