The Insurance Navigators at Urban Health Plan’s Health Information Place offer free, one-on-one assistance to help you apply for or renew health insurance through the New York State of Health Marketplace.

Who This Service Is For?

Services are available to patients and community members alike and we can help if:

  • You’ve lost your health insurance

  • Need to recertify or renew coverage

  • Are applying for the first time

  • Are unsure if you qualify

  • Need help understanding your options
